    Hey Guys

    Hey everyone, I'm new here. I joined this forum in hopes of finding some of my lost motivation. A few years back, I lived for lifting weights, unfortunately now, I just seem to be missing that motivation. I'm six feet tall, 180 lbs, and 13 percent BF. I have looked over this forum and you guys don't seem to be like jackasses. So, hopefully you guys can help me out.
