Hi everyone.
Just some info on myself.

I'm 20 years old...have been working out for about 10 months now.

I'm about 5' 10"

8% body fat last time I got checked. I'm a hard gainer and have been skinny my whole life.

I was 140lbs when I first started working out...now I am at 170. I gained all the weight in the first 5 months, and havent put on any real weight in the last 5 months now and I'm having a hard time to get over my first plateau.

I have a very good diet, and a very intense workout.

I plan on starting a deca cycle in the beginning of march, so I'm trying to start doing some research now, that's why I joined.
