    New From Los Angeles

    Hey gang, I just started lurking on the forums recently. Lots of good info here. I'm 29, 180lbs, 5'8". I've been back lifting for about a year and have done brazilian jiu jitsu/sub wrestling for a long time. Diets good, 4-6 meals a day lots of chicken, protein, veggies, fruits, nuts. I'm researching my first cycle now, and realize how much work it's going to take. =)

    whats up dude. I have also done some grappling and boxing and now am back tryin to get bigger. also want to start a cycle but don't know where to start. good luck dude

    Reg, good luck with your research. I'd be really interested to see what kind of cycles guys who do combat sports have done, and had success with.
