    New to the forums

    Hey guys i've been reading alot of the information on the forum, but i just decided to join tonight.

    I've been working out since high school football and recently did a cycle of sust 300. I couldn't tell much of a difference, but i've heard that the first time yield minimal results and that later cycle build more. I don't know too much, so i will have questions for you pros in time to come.
