    Young gun from Michigan

    Hey guys, i've read through the forums and it seems that i could learn alot from you guys and im looking forward to every second of it...

    Height- 5'7
    Weight- 182
    Favorite day of the week- Legs
    Least Favorite- Legs
    Best lift- Leg Press (730 lbs x7)...
