    Hello From da East Coast

    Hello all,

    I say that i am glad to be here right now and be apart of this community.

    I been working out in the gym not often as i should. But when i did work out i was really hardcore with it (diet was good, form was good,etc.) Only thing i lacked was always consistency. I would hit the gym hard for about 2 months and then stop going for a long time. But when i did go i worked out hard, i ate good i supplement good(as far as i know), the goal as always to lose weight.

    This time I am at my all time fattest and i need a change for good, i lifestyle change. I am here for you guys support in my endeavers.

    I been reading these forums for about a year and a hlf on an off. I got alot of information about steroids ( enough info to know that i am not yet ready for a cycle yet) and I'm cool with that. All i want is to get back on track and hopes that you guys will help me, thnx. I will post pics of myself in the member's pic forum so you all can see my fat ass. thnx

    Its good to see that you know you are not ready for AAS. Just check out the diet and workout forums for some excellent advice.
