    Hey guys

    Hi folks, I just wanted to drop in and say hi. I used to post here several years back when i was in school. My handle then was just ichabodcrane, now it is ichabodcrane570. Got alot of interesting stuff to catch up on and will be telling these stories soon. Hi to all the new faces, and a few of the old. Good to be back. Thanks for letting me come back home

    thanks for the welcome

    So definitely alot has changed since I last posted several years back. A lot of new faces. Good to see the community is still live and well. I did end up graduating Pharm.D. school and currently work at a major hospital in my area. Love the work, but extremely stressful. So I will be glad to help out (if I can) with questions related in this area in general (not bragging, just stating). I have been out of the body-building scene for awhile and am just now getting back into it. It is hard after taking some time off. But anyways, thanks for the welcome back guys, and I will be talking with you soon
