I am looking forward to sharing and receiving any and all coments. I have been working out for about 2 years and have dropped to 170 pounds, down about 20 pounds of unwanted weight. I would like to lose another 5 pounds of chub but i would like to put on about 15 pounds of muscle. I have been stuck at this weight for about 10 months. I have been on the six star muscle fuel suppliments for about 1 year. Whey protien and creatin. (130 and four capsules daily, respectively) I w/o every other and cardio every other as well. I have a business and find this is all the time i have at the moment. I put in 2 hours each day that I work out. I dont specialize in any muscle group, its more of a generic routine. Give me your thought if you have a minute. What do you think of my pic, pleasing to the eye or not? Thanks, I look forward too all responses.

Welcome, start by reading as much as you can there is plenty of usefull info on this site.
