Well to start I am a 34 y/o male nurse and have no clue as to the steroid language. I am in decent shape. Eat healthy but stopped working out. Got tired of seeing no gains other than strength. I am 6 190 pounds. I want to start lifting again but I need direction on what might be best. My legs are the weakest link and I want them bigger fast. I walk all day and my stuff hurts bad when I get home. Want bigger muscles to help with the strain. Any and all advice is welcome.
