Hey guys just want to introduce myself. New to this forum but been around others for a few years.... I've been lifting for over 16years.. I suffered an injury about a year ago and am just now ready to get back in the gym. I've really let myself go too... eating whatever, drinking, and litterally no physical activity... I'm trying to find some motivation but everytime I go the gym I just get dissappointed in myself because I am nowhere close to where I was. Has anybody ever suffered the same setbacks? How did you overcome it? I hate to admit it but I think I've become lazy...
