    Smile Hello from Florida

    Hey guys. Im new to this forum and It looks like a great place to have a lot of my questions answered. I'm planning on starting my first cycle of Testosterone Cypionate on Monday. 500mg/week. I have been working out on and off for about 7 years now. But I've felt myself become a bit lazy and turning into a badbody. Any tips for a beginner would be greatly appreciated. One quick question would be about the dosage. Ive read that it could be better to take 250mg twice a week as apposed to the 500 once a week. Do you guys think this would be okay?

    k...best advice is get to your genetic peak (stongest, leanest, badassest) b4 you run your first cycle

    lots of different forums here for you to read and learn and ask questions and learn and enjoy
