Hey guys -- long time lurker... first time poster...

Got a lot of weight to lose (~30 LBS)... Plan on doing the vast majority of it the hard way... (possibly the last little bit with the help of Lion)...

Then plan on going on a 6-month training binge, keeping up a perfect diet.... and seeing where I plateau... Hopefully this time next year, I'll be ready to take the plunge (....if I even find it is necessary)

I look forward to learning and appreciate all of you who were here before... who shared... to help others evolve.... and most def. appreciate a community built on sound science.
