    Howdy from the Bay Area

    Hello All..

    I've been working out for about 15 years and used to be a personal trainer...

    I got out of shape and have started to begin training again...

    The last tine I trained intensly, the internet wasn't available to me like now (the days of dial up) so I'm new to these forums....
