Hey guys!

I was directed to this site from a buddy to get information so here I am.

I am 22 and 6' and weigh about 150lbs. I go to the gym 5 days a week and run a cycle monday through friday of a different work out each day.

Mon- Chest
Tue- Legs
Wed-Arms
Thu-Back
Fri-Shoulders

Pre workout- N.O Shotgun
Post- N.O Shotgun, True-Mass and Nitro Peak.

I usually eat decent. I walk about 9 hours a day at my current job. I am looking for information on how to gain a lot of weight and muscle. I am decently built but would like to gain as I said above. I am looking to go towards 185-190. I know it is probably a lot to ask for but that is my goal.

Could someone help me out with my diet and tell me what I should be eating and everything.
Also what I should do before I take any of these pills and point me in the direction of the best pills for what I am looking to achieve?
