Hi
Hey guys, just recently joined this forum and I am amazed at how much information can be found on this website. I love it.
Anyways, a little about myself i'm 5'9", 165lbs and I literally live and breathe the gym. I'm at the gym 6 days/week for about 1-1.5hrs each time. I try to work out each body part twice/week and have a day or two where I do cardio. I have been working out consistently for the last 2.5 years and have gone through numerous working plans and techniques. My goal right now is to get myself up to 175-180lbs of solid mass and to increase my overall strength. Thanks everyone and look forward to chatting with you all.
