Yeah I signed up years ago to this forum and never used it till today.

Finally at 195 pounds., 5'6".... Was shooting for 200 pounds, but its hard to keep weight for me..... ready to start cutting up and taking some good advice from the senior forum members on here....

Yeah Im getting older. the big 30 now. Took me a few years to gain the weight....note the year I joined the forum and never used it till now....


I am starting to go cutting cycle so I think I will end up in the 180 pound range once I can get my body fat down to show my abs again..... I am unsure of my body fat, but I assume 15-20% range since I cannot see abs.

I also have the lower back fat. I do have a 32 inch waist right now, I think I can hit 30/29 on the right diet and cutting cycle....we will see.

I am on this forum now since it has been years for me to cut up.
