    Thumbs up Committed to the next level

    I have been involved with fitness the majority of my life.
    Of course like most people, I always believed the so-called 'hype' put behind aas by the media until I finally started doing research on my own and thinking logically about it rather than the emotionally-charged arguments which are always brought to the debating table by so many that claim to be "in the know".

    A couple of weeks ago, I completed a new PR through my clean dieting and rigorous training so I have felt it was time to look into the next level.
    Looking forward to learning a lot and studying the potentiality for the future.
