Wanted to drop in and say hi. I've been cruising these forums for awhile now, but I'm starting to have questions and figured it was as good of a time as any to join and start learning more. I'm 28 and have been lifting steady again for the last 3 years.
Alittle background, I started working out again when I was at 275 and about 28%BF. I know I know, what a fat ass. I dropped down to a low of 210 and have been going back up to where I'm currently at. My lowest BF has been 11.4% when I was at 224. I've done numerous cycles of prohoromes and have three cycles of clen /t3 under my belt. Have yet to do anything more.
