    Talking Hello from Canada... Eh!

    Hey all! I'm Dennis (Sinned backwards... LOL). I'm 29, 6'2" and weight about 235 lbs of pure... fat? Not all fat, but a lot of it. I've had my gym membership for a year now, and I could probably count the number of times I've gone, and it's less than 50. I did go today, though...

    Anyway just wanted to stop in, say hello and introduce myself. Hopefully I stick around, stick to my healthier eating, and keep going to the gym!
