Whats up everyone!
Hey I am new here just wanted to say hi and give you guys some info about me see if you got any suggestions
I am 18, 5'9, 195, I been lifting for real since January I want to lose about 20 pounds and put on lean cut muscle, I am also really looking into starting a cycle (not for awhile though I want to research it a lot more) I was thinking of doing a deca only cycle, any suggestions on good 1st cycle? Welcome to the board,
Your to young to consider a cycle but have a look around in the diet and training sections and do some research.

thanks guys, i know i am young but i think i can do alot for my age nd size, i max 260 bench and can rep 225 about 6 times and can squat nd dead left around 350 i never tried my max, i been working hard but i just cant get the body i want....

Post your diet in the nutrition section for critique. Odds are you aren't eating enough.

HowD, there are no short cuts. As everyone has already said diet is the key not drugs.

i am not really on a deit, just started laying off soda and watching what i ate also trying not to eat at night, i am focusing on my belly right now trying to cut 20 pounds

at 18 I never thought about my weight, good for you for thinking ahead before its too late, But everyones right, no cycle for you
