Hey guys just wanted to say hey...new to the world of aas been training 4 years, 40 yrs old 5'9'' weight varies between 183-191 est
body fat between 14-18% train 4 days a week diet is work in progress but probably my biggest hold back on the results i want.
So im checking out diet, training forums got to get that in check first. Aas will only be considered when everything else is in place. Thanks for reading my ramble just wanted to say whats-up
