Well, I have been out of the lifting game for about a year. Don't me wrong, I have been going to the gym during this time about once a week with a friend of mine that I train but that has simply resulted in my just going through the motions with things. Spent most of the year riding my mountain bike.

None the less, been through two cycles in the past but don't really plan to run another any time soon. If anything, I will run a cutting cycle in early spring. More interested in shaping up a few parts and then getting leaned out. Want to address a gyno issue that I have been dealing with for quite some time so I will be addressing that when the spring hits.

Right now, i am just trying to get connected with folks again in an effort to keep myself motivated and share in the joys of lifting. Thanks for having me and I look forward meeting more of you guys/gals!
