Hi everyone, my name is Max and I'm 25 5'4 around 145lbs and a novice powerlifter. I've been lifting for about 2 years, but have a hard time putting on muscle without getting really fat. So I'm doing as much reading and researching as possible.

I haven't done a cycle of anything yet, but I may run a ph at the beginning of next year. I'm looking to add about 5-10 lbs of muscle and not get fat (like I always end up doing)
