Just want to officially introduce myself.
Been lurking for quite a while and am a member on some other less high profile sites.

Figured i would finally go legit on here, start a log one day when i start a cycle.

Been lifting since the start of 2006 at an awesome 146lbs! I didnt know WTF i was doing for the first 2 years other than just lifting weights! haha. The second two years i got my lifting dialed, then finally this last year i got my diet on lock. I never realized how important diet played a roll in this game. Sounds stupid i know, but hey what can i say learning curves are a mofo!!!
