    newbie here trying to get in shape.

    Hello all, I'm 24 years old and I've always struggled keeping my weight down. I'm currently about 245 pounds, 6'2. I'm mostly fat. Im looking to start working out again very soon and get on a schedule. im looking to loose weight and just gain some muscle. I dont want to look ripped since that would be a far mile stone for right now, but to cut all the extra weight and have a little lean muscle.

    Ive never been on a cycle before but i plan on starting a var/ clen cycle in about a month once i start getting on a good schedule of eating right and exercise. my goal is to drop my weight from 245 to around 200 or close to that.

    I'm a new member so please dont chew me up, im just doing this to help me cut weight, but i wanna do it right, so suggestions will be appreciated.

    thanks for the welcome. Will the cycle i mentioned be useful in my purpose of mainly burning fat?
