19 yrs old, New guy, Not sure how to start?

Hey there, all. So, I've been looking at getting into AAS for a while now, and I've done little research here and there when time permits. I'm in the Military, and usually have a good cardio work-out.. but Military being as it is, we do not always go to them gym! I'm looking into it, more as personal goals, and well, I believe I am too small and won't be getting much bigger as I age unless I do something about it..

I'm 5'6" and weigh in at about 130 (usually fluctuates). I have NO prior experience with AAS, and my knowledge in this area is little to average. I usually try to control and keep a steady intake in calories and protein mainly, but I don't see much difference or any weight gain. I know I am small, which Is why I want to gain the weight first, so I have something to build off of.

However, I am not sure where to start. I definitely want to look into this more before I even touch it.. either way, I've got a deployment coming up in 2-3 months, and I don't have much time to put into this.

    Tips, advice, comments?
    Thanks in advance.

Oh, and according to an Online BF Calculator and my measuring tape.. I am at approx. 2.84% BF

I'm not sure if that's right.. seems way low, but considering my size, seems reasonable, but still.. seems way low.

age 19, steroids aren't for you.
    You need eat.
A good diet will solve your problem, go to diet section and learn much you can. You need calories and protein to build up muscle.
