NEW TO THIS BOARD! Need Some ADVICE Please!
Hey my name is Shane, im from South carolina. Ive been lifting for bout 13 yrs played college Football and basketball, SO i knw alittle bout supplements. But bout two yrs ago i was in a accident and it put me on the shelf for awhile. Now i have gained alot of weight and i need a change. I have been dieting for over a yr now and just cant drop it. I fixen to do my first cycle and im looking to drop wieght and add some strenght and size not alot thoe. Any advice would be great!
6"5, 270,13yrs,No Cycles yet. Lookin at 240lbs as target weight 19% BF

cardio in the morning at empty stomach, will burn the fat to make energy, anything from 45 min to 1 hour 7x/week. and a diet with low fat its possible.

Will that diet weight watchers wrk with a cycle. I'm at 19% bf already

Welcome and as 38 said cardio and diet is your best friend.

Stat are 6'5 274Lbs 13yrs lifting, 19%BF, No cycles

you are currently at 19% bf?? or your goal is to be at 19% BF?? if your stats are accurate.. you are a beast at 19%bf.. but i recon you are higher than if you think you are fat.. cause 19% is not that bad for someone not working out in a while.. in fact i would say it is close to average.
