so im 6'3, 210lbs, 27
squat 275lbs 1rep
dead lift 325lbs 1rep
over head press 150lbs

ive just started taking sus 250 with deca 300
1cc sus .5 cc deca on sats and weds

ive taken two shots now both on the outside of my quad
one on the left and one on the right

well lol after my workouts im not feeling anystroger right now..
i have noticed that my legs feel like some has punched them really hard the day after i have taken the shot

i use a 1inch 25 gage needle..

does anyone know why this pain is occuring?
or is it normal

i read that im supposed to massage my leg after the shot to get it flowing
i also read that i should be working out the area that i inject right after so i made sure to do that.

You asked about this cycle before and you was told it was awful and should redesign it, one compound only for first cycle. Why are you using deca ! do you know how suppressive deca can be!

X 2! drop the deca , you will prob get the same results with just the test. and you will be able to get erections during pct
