noob on the run here
hello all, nice to have found this forum. i've been out of the gym scene for about 3 years, i know... and now i need to get back and shed the weight! how i can find ways to lose weight and gain lean muscle.

Please give all stats when asking quetions in the questions and answer forum.
Stats consist of:
Age
Height
Weight
Bf%
Cycle history
Years training
Also please take the time to read all the educational threads in the q&a forum as most questions can be answered with alittle reading...

Welcome.
I was out of the gym for several years with a back injury. When I got back to the gym I did a lot of reading in the diet section. Good diet and cardio are the best way to lose fat.

Welcome aboard. Suggest you start with with consistency, intensity, and nutrition to start. Weightlifting is a violent ordeal but it's worth the effort and pain.
