    New free bottles?

    Hi guys, I'm not on any gear at the min, but still training and taking protein,I just had a tattoo done today so can't train for a few weeks. Should I continue to have my protein shakes? How do u go about getting the free bottle u get for joining the forum?

    Welcome, one question though... I have a $&@* load of tats and never have stopped training after I got any of them. The way that I look at it as long as you keep cared for then you should be fine. Oh and congrats on the new piece, it is always a great day when I get some new ink!

    Just keep it covered for the first 4-6 hrs then make sure to apply a non-scented lotion to it before you train and it shouldn't be a problem at all.
