Gentlemen and Ladies,

It's been a bit since I've been on here but work has kept me out of pocket. I figured I'd post a "new member" post again. It's good to have a place to get valuable information. We know it can't always be found at our local gym. I was really educated last time I was active on this forum, thanks again. Since reading and being active last time I've really got my nutrition in check, better than ever. I've dropped my BF% to about 10%. I've started counting my calorie, protein, carb, fats/mineral intake and it has shown. I'm a little discourage though, It seems like my strength has taken a bit of a hit, maybe it's the aging process. I've increased my water intake, about 1.5 gallons a day on average. I take the normal vitamin, pre-workout, protein products off and on. I've done 3 cycles before but with hindsight, I know I did them ignorantly. I look forward to being able to find answers in a non-judgemental forum and possibly helping others as well. Thanks again.
