first cycle almost finished. looking to cut up

On week 11 of first cycle. Good gains in strength and size but took on a little more better than desired. I ran 500 mg/week test e. 400mg deca and 40 mg dbol for weeks 1-4. Also 500 iu hcg / week for weeks 6-12. Adex.5 eod and dostinex .25 e4d. Diet wasmy extremely clean but tried to put on as much size as possible. Started at 205 lbs. Currently 233 lbs about 16 % bf. Looking for ideas to transition into a cutting diet/cycle.

well you need to take plenty of time off cycle to let your hormones recover. during pct keep lifting heavy and eating a lot, or you will lose the size you put on.

Definitely going to take that advice. I plan to take at least 8 weeks before next cycle after my pct to see what I can do naturally.

you need to take off however long you were on + pct.
