    New Member's First Post

    Brand new member just saying hi!

    I'm 43 years old and have been lifting for 12 months now (this time) 6'1" started at 250lb, dropped to 200 and am now up to 212. Initially the weight loss and muscle gains were easy, but now it has become much harder. I have been reading many of the articles on this website and have now discovered the forum. Look forward to learning much more about this exciting world!
