    First step

    Hey Guys,

Ive never been on a forum before so I think im posting this on the wrong page... im just looking for help where ever i can get it. ive been lifting weights for 3 years and training in mma for 2.5 years. no fights yet, injuries have got me down... 2 days ago i was trying to bench press to much weight and left my left pectoral muscle let go near my elbow. i will take anything to get me back training and to work again. i have no clue what the different kinds of steroids are or how to use them.

    all help is appreciated, thanks

Welcome...Sorry to hear about the injuries. First, you need to rehab those completely before considering using aas. But in the meantime, there's nothing wrong with doing your research. Check out everything. Start with the Educational Forum and all the Stickies.

    Good Luck

so after going from doctors to surgeons all week the verdict is that i have a partial tear of my pec major where it connects to my arm. i have partially torn where my muscle connects to the tendon. my pec is now permanently longer then the other so it appears quite larger then the other haha. i have been recovering better then they thought they say because of my diet and mindset, so no surgery for me the longer i stay off it to let it heal the better chances i have of a full recovery. when recovered i will be perusing aas. i was at the dr and got him to check my test and creatinine levels. i have 9.7 nmo/l test and 103 unmo/l creatinine. can anyone put that into english for me please.
