I'm new to the whole thing, I've been lifting and working out for a while ontop of being a massage therapist for years so looking into some enhan***ent because while I work out alot with a focus on weight lifiting I just can't seem to bulk up at all so thought I'd learn more about this and see if it can help me get the bulking I want in my body.

Tell us more about yourself and what specifically what it is you want to achieve.

There are a lot of things you can do (outside of hormones) that can help you bulk up.

What's your diet like??? Trust me, diet is probably the number one component for bulking correctly and adding mass.
