Welcome to the board mate!
Try to focus on diet and cardio at first, with some strength training until the fat starts coming off and your heart has had a chance to get used to what you are doing. gradually increase your strength training after a few weeks. Before any of this though, probably a good idea to go get a physical, since i'm sure it's been awhile and it's a good idea to make sure the plumbing is sound before you begin to put pressure on the pipes. 360lbs is a lot for your heart so you should segment your goals to make it easier, losing 100lbs being the first goal.
Do you smoke? If you do, now is probably a good time to quit.
and something else. after you lose all this weight and gradually build muscle, you will eventually forget how fat you were. so i'd suggest taking a pic of you now, so that when you do begin losing weight, looking at the "before" pic will remind you of how far you've come, and hopefully motivate you some more.
Good luck!
