Hey guys, my name is Ryan and I'm 19 years old. I worked out vigorously in high school going from 130 my freshman year to 185 my senior year. I only used AMPlified Creatine from GNC and Whey Protein, and use the workout plan our football coach had. By my senior year I made it into the 1000 pound club(310 bench, 525 squat, 400 deadlift) at my school which was a big accomplishment for me, and I was one of the cutest guys in my school. Well the last year I haven't touched a weight and I have lost most of my muscle and gained it back in fat. I now weigh 200 and I am 5'8.
My goal is to lose my body fat that I have built up and get cut again. I found this forum searching on the web for different products but I really don't know anything about them. So I want to get involved with this board and learn as much as I can to reach my goal. Once I get cut again I plan on building muscle and staying cut.
