Hello from England

Just a quick hello as a new member, this is all new to me but have decided I want to look into doing some kind of cycle. I've been doing weights on and off for many years, not into body building as such just enjoy gym work and trying to look okish for a 46 year old :-)

I have started taking anavar for a week now as it is said to be a mild steroid and wanted to see how my body takes to this before deciding on a next cycle. Any comments and suggestions would be very welcome as this is a whole new venture and am looking forward to it...

Welcome... Test only is best for a 1st cycle. Repost in the anabolic Q&A section along with your more specifics on your stats , diet & training experience for some opinions.
