Hey guys, my name is Kenneth from Newcastle, U.K
I'm 18 and an apprentice builder.. blah blah blah

I'm currently on a DBOL ONLY cycle, i know alot of people hate this but yeah thats that.
I'm taking 45mg a day at the minute and i've just started me second week, so far i have gained 7lb

I currently weigh - 156lb

Gym sessions are

Monday - Biceps + Triceps
Wednesday - Chest
Friday - Shoulders + Back
Saturday - Abs + Cardio
Sunday - Legs

( I will post a more detailed workout regime later on tips would be helpful )

My diet isnt such as a diet, I eat healthy and drink a stupid amount of water daily, plenty of pasta, tuna, chicken, fruit and veg in my diet and a protein shake after the gym.


Just want some advice on what gains to expect and when, If you're here to hate please dont, but constructive criticism is definately welcome. Thanks guys
