good morning or so i am writing this because i am interested in starting a cycle but i am new to this whole world. so let me give you a little info. i used to be 410 pounds about 1 year ago i am now at 240 i would like to get bigger and stronger. im 22 and i go to the gym, every other day. i eat well rest and mediate. helps train the mind. well back to what the point of this is. i would like to get more info on what i should do . tips help hints anything you can help with. cause knowledge is power
