been training for 6years and was addicted from the start... never missed more than 2 weeks of training

6 foot, weighing in at 80kgs

would be heavier, but loose a lot of weight in the summer, because i row for a club and the amount of cardio combined with less time for weights training takes its toll.
i do however gain body fat very easily and would consider myself more on the endomorph side of the scale

my goals are to put on as much lean mass as possible, but at the same time i have to at leats maintain my aerobic fitness

been researching all over the internet for a loooong time, but still have tons of questions that i cant find answers to, so i look forward to getting some solid info and advice from experienced guys who know whats whats.
