    hey everyone.

    Hi,
    Wanted to introduce myself and say hi. I have been on other forums in the past and wanted to check out the threads on this forum. I am 38 years young, 6'6" tall, and 280lbs. I am getting back in the gym after a few years of recovering from four shoulder surgeries, right knee surgery, and a C-5, C-6 cervical fusion. Working hard to lose body fat and gain lean mass. Got my nutriten plan implemented and ready for info on suplements to help acheive my desired results of replacing 25lbs of body fat with lean muscle.
