I'm training for a 1/2 marathon and want to use gear to help me get motivated for exercising again.
I've done some mild research and decided

Var- 40 to 50mg Daily
EQ- 300mg Mon/Thur = 600mg per week
Test Prop: 100mg eod = ~300 to 400mg per week

Is what I'd like to begin with for the first 14 weeks. The marathon is in November so I've got plenty time to dick around with what works for me. Any advice or hooks is appreciated.
