    New guy

    Whats up bros. Been liftin for 15 years. 37yrs old. 215lbs at 5ft 10. Love gettin big two or three times a year for the past five years now. Lookin forward to talkin to ye all. :PS Hello from CANADA.

    Thanks bro. Havent read all your rules yet so wont say much. Going to figure out this site first. Got lots of experience but no ****in expert. Canadian domestic is my main interest. K man a researching i will go. CHEERS.
