Hey! I've been reading these posts for a long time now, and since I'm 18 I decided to get an account and take part in this website. So I thought I'd introduce myself to everyone and say hello.

Anyway, about my exercise experience, I'm new to weightlifting because during the school year I tend to focus on my school work. But I've been waiting to start using those adjustable dumbbells I have and actually do exercises other than just cardio, push ups and sit ups, and since I'm going to be on my own soon, I figured now would be a good time to start getting myself into weightlifting. So hopefully I'll be able to eventually talk with some people on here sometime soon and develop a workout plan/schedule and find out some great exercises I can do with what I have. But right now I'm just here to say hi.
