    30 year old/ 5'10 / 190 lbs

    Howdy amigos, like the title says, 30 years old 5'10 and 190 lbs. Been looking around for a couple of months but never signed up. I need some advice on a couple of things and I believe I'm in the right spot. I'm gonna look for the correct place to ask and hope to get the advice and or guidance I am looking for.
