    anaboilc staroids

    How bout if I'm just getting into the workout and stuff what kind of anabolic staroids could I take to loose me weight and build musale I know it'll take time I weight 160 pounds I'm not fat but I got a lil belly on me I dnt plan on takeing them a lot I just wanna get a good lookin body I read all the nutrition articles and stuff but there's so much stuff so I f someone could giv me there own advice on how to start out on anaboilc staroids and giv me some advice on witch workouts to do and what to eat that u think would help me out

    At 18 you're too young for aas. Post your diet in the nutrition forum and your training routine in the training forum and ask for help. Include your stats and experience. All the info you need is here but you'll have to do some research in the various forums.
