    Hello From Hobart, Australia!

    Hey guys, I've been reading for a while and have a fair bit of base knowledge, just thought I'd register to get amongst it! Here's some info (with some comments after the list) if anyone is interested:

    Age: 22
    weight: 190
    height: 6'1
    bf%: 12%
    training exp: 5 years, 4 years proper training and dieting
    pct for last cycle? I haven't done a cycle yet.
    diet? When bulking I was doing 375 protein, 350 carbs and 85 fat training days. 345 protein, 285 carbs and 100 fat off days.
    Strength: 225x2 deadlift (straps and belt), 170x2 parallel box squat, 115 bench (damn my gorilla arms).

    The reasons for the much lower weight (Used to be 228 at about 18%) was because I did a cut and failed horribly. Lost a ridiculous amount of muscle (tried a timed carb diet, was using a trainer highly recommended, I was on of the very few who crashed without a fair amount of carbs, felt great as soon as I went back). Just in the process of gaining it back now.

    goals for next cycle in detail? I want to gain back the strength and muscle that I lost and cut down to 7-8%. I think I may try some clenbuterol for the first time while doing this, but I'm still undecided. Right now I'm doing a metabolic reset, as my body temp crashed a few degrees celsius, BAD mojo. Strength is coming back well and I feel better and better, probably ready now, though I think I won't start my cut again until late Feb.

    After I am back to my good old self, I am thinking of doing my first cycle. Just a simple first cycle (I will share if anyone is interested as to what I plan now, though it may change as I do more research).

    Lastly, to my age. I have read some things on here about waiting until you're 25 until you try, but I have weighed the risks, my wants (as selfish as that sounds, we have all done it) against the hindrances and I think I can do it safely and responsibly. I don't drink, smoke or do any other drugs. I think I can handle this very well.

    Thanks fellas, much appreciated!

    Um, I was a bit muddled and my first post was a bit confused, to clarify. Those lifts were at my strongest, the deadlift is there now, but the squat and bench are maybe 10-15 below as I am now. It won't (hopefully) take long to get it back.

    I also realised I used metric for everything except my weight, which I used imperial for some reason, haha.

    To fix the first post up a bit more, I want to do the goals listed, BEFORE I start my cycle, though it won't take too long. Thanks for the kind welcome so far guys.

    Thanks for the welcomes guys. Does anyone have any comments on diet, cycle etc? I'm thinking of doing something similiar to this with some possible tweaks I will make in the future, I don't intend on starting for about another 4 months. Just doing some more research before starting:

    Test beginner cycle info

    Also, I've read almost every thread here, but I can't seem to find any comprehensive ebooks that I can read. The info here is invaluable but a more in depth read would be interesting, things like difference between the 3 tests etc. Can anyone help me out there?

    Haha we weren't the first settlement (afaik), just the worst convicts came here.
    You will find that most families on the mainland have relatives who came from Tasmania at some point.
    It seems to be our biggest export.
    After high school people just keep disappearing.
    All that is left is the oldies, greenies, very skilled people and the dumb fvckers...
