    Hey everyone! I'm new here, and I'm new at using gear. Could use some direction. I'm 42 weigh 199 and I'm 5'11. Been working out 2 years. just started a cycle of sust. 500 mg a week (250 twice a week). That lasted 5 weeks and I ran out! My supplier ran out. I just ordered enough to run 750 a week for 7 more weeks, however ihave to wait for delivery. Am I ok?

    You will get better results in the steroid Q and A section. How long of a gap will there be between? Did you not have is set up right or just miscalculated?

    I was originally going to run 250 for 10 weeks. I decided to double it, as my supplier said I could get more anytime. My mistake. It will be about a month between cycles.
