So after many busy years with lots of work and turmoil behind me I have settled into a nice regular life with adequate time to get back into the gym on a regular basis. So for the last year I have been going to the gym regularly dieting and loosing bodyfat (265 to 225#), but have hit a plateau just not getting any stronger, for the last few months.
Felt I need to change a few things and almost sent some money to what i am sure was probably some eastern European scammer, that would either send nothing or send fake gear, LOL. Kinda hit the brakes at the last minute. After doing a little reading I realize I have some more reading to do.
